2sUC Davis Extension, the continuing and professional education division of the University of California, Davis, is the industry-recognized leader in the education of sensory science professionals.
Now in its 13th successful year, the online Applied Sensory and Consumer Science Certificate Program is approved by the Department of Food Science and Technology, UC Davis, and is continually updated to reflect current and cutting-edge methods in the area of sensory science and consumer testing.
Beginning October 6, 2014, the online program consists of four courses that must be taken in sequence. Upon completion students will have earned 16 units of academic credit and 140 hours. A certificate is awarded to those students who complete the program with a letter grade of a C or better. Application deadline is September 15, 2014.
