New ESN video: The cereal bar pilot

Keren Corley lets us in on a new VR study she conducted at New Sense (Israel).

Keren Corley and her colleagues conducted a pilot study to find out how Virtual Reality can enrich the sensory tool box.

In the “cereal bar pilot study”, she asks participants in the lab, in a virtual gym and in a real gym to evaluate and compare two different cereal bars. The results show that virtual reality can be a useful method in sensory and consumer testing.

The study also demonstrates the hurdles one has to overcome to make the best use out of VR methods. The video includes original footage from the experiment and the VR environment.
