Novel consumer methods
During the EuroSense conference in Verona in 2018, one talk attracted a lot of attention; the room was filled to overflowing, with people sitting in the aisles. The talk was titled: “Novel consumer methods for product characterization”. It was presented by Marleen Chambault, who works with long-time ESM member Campden BRI.
Marleen Chambault is well-known to ESN members as a researcher dedicated to evaluating and developing novel methods in sensory science. We would like to give everybody an opportunity to listen to her talk – either for the first time or as a chance to listen to it again. Therefore, we videotaped a condensed version, added the slides and uploaded it to our ESN youtube channel.
